Built by the Fairly Yacht Ship Ltd in Ayrshire in 1974, this boat has views to Canary Wharf and across the water from the elevated living spaces. This light filled boat has a split level with the galley kitchen and dining table on the upper level. The lounge space is toward the back at a lower level with a morso wood burning stove and wall mounted tv creating a more snug like layout with porthole windows. The sofa is cleverly designed using a double mattress so can be used as a guest bed. A double back door with hatch provides access to the back deck space.

A fully tiled shower with a toilet are also accessible from this level.

The master cabin double bed with wardrobe and under bed storage is located towards the front of the boat accessed via the wheel house. Wall mounted side lamps and porthole windows provide lighting and detail feature to the space.

The engine room is located under the living quarters in the centre of the boat, containing tanks, electrics batteries etc.

The sale price of boat includes the 10% of selling price payable to Southwark Council for the transfer of the residential licence fee.
