Hope - Sold
Hope is a perfect Sheffield Humber Barge project boat, ready to be made into an amazing live aboard vessel. It has recently been shot blasted inside and out, and the entire hull has been over plated and a new epoxy paint system has been applied.
This vessel comes with all new sea glaze double glazed windows in the new wheel house and all port holes fitted in the main hold.
The vessel is fitted with a Diesel 120hp Perkins engine, a diesel tank and starter batteries. The helm will consist of a helm panel with engine gauges and hydraulic steering fitted.
There is the option of the new owner fully fitting out this very spacious hull and wheel house to their own specification.
Externally there are secure hand rails all around the deck as well as a large 3.1m by 2.05m sky light to the main saloon. From a design perspective this could be raised to incorporate windows to let light into the main living volume which has a 2.55m floor to ceiling height.
The wheel house is a generous size and measures 5.25m by 3.1m with a 2.3m floor to ceiling height, allowing plenty of space for steering and controls as well as a kitchen or upper level saloon.
Hope is currently sitting in a shipyard in Chatham, which provides a good opportunity for a new owner to have the additional works done to the vessel while it is still there.
