In latest survey was found to be in reasonable condition, an insurable risk under the Institute of London Underwriters Yacht Clauses as a static houseboat. Engines were not seen working.

The hull was fitted with a separate fiber reinforced plastic deck molding of similar construction bolted through a rubber rubbing strake and bonded to the main hull with the bottom and sides of the hull strengthened internally by encapsulated wooden stringers.
