MV Apprentice is a well maintained vessel and is currently on the hard standing at South Dock Marina, where it can be lifted at the crane. Built in Portsmouth in 1968 Apprentice is a Thames tug & work boat which will have its PLA ticket renewed before point of sale.

Apprentice has been used in many operations on the Thames, such as s support vessel and for moving lighter barges.
