DB Lena is moored at Poplar Dock Marina (PDM) on a permanent/renewable and transferable residential mooring, managed by Aquavista formerly BWML. Marina facilities include showers, WC’s, laundry, outside communal lounge area with heaters and a BBQ area. These facilities have just been granted planning permission for a new club house building to host outside and inside social spaces, a reception and roof garden.

The boat boasts a versatility of space and coupled with the marina’s excellent location, it makes for a very agreeable, creative and refreshingly different live/work lifestyle.

The Aquavista mooring fee is £1265.85 pcm and the mooring is an asset in itself valued at £35K+ owing to the scarcity of berths in London. DB Lena for mooring purposes is not subject to VAT as it is classed as a commercial boat.

PDM is five minutes’ walk from Canary Wharf with Overground, Jubilee Line Underground and nearby river bus to Westminster via Tower Bridge and Waterloo. Docklands Light Railway (DLR) is also 5 minutes away by foot. City Airport is 15 minutes away by DLR and Crossrail is due in 2022 connecting Canary Wharf and Heathrow Airport directly (39 minutes).
