This steel motor yacht would make a great home, it has 2 double cabins nicely separated by a midships wheelhouse saloon accessed via wooden sliding side doors. This bright saloon is a good size with large windows, a sofa and a wood burning stove. The interior has been recently renovated with a new coat of paint and some contrasting hardwood trims and joinery details. The stove has a new tiled backdrop and slate hearth. The wheelhouse saloon puts a nice separation between the cabins, a bonus if you are considering sharing.
The master cabin double bed is also a good size with access all round the bed. It is located toward the rear of the boat with the space under deck opened up to allow for more storage units and space within the room. A starboard side wardrobe is neatly located partially under the gunwale and on the portside there is a strip light and another light feature over the headboard. A wall mounted TV is on the rear wall.
The galley is toward the front of the boat and leads you to the second cabin and head. It has a fridge, counter top electric hob and oven with under counter accessible storage.
The lounge has a wood burning stove and wall mounted tv creating a more snug like layout with side windows and double back door access to the canvased deck space, which is useful for storing equipment and logs for the fireplace.
The engine room is located under the wheel house saloon in the centre of the boat, containing tanks, electrics batteries etc.
The aft deck has a steel frame support for an awning and stainless steel handrail with integrated fender holders each side and transom ladder.
Located on a mooring in a well run and popular marina, the boat has a leisure licence that is transferable with the boat and does not incur a transfer fee.
