The 48ft widebeam boat has been designed and finished to a high standard with a contemporary fully fitted out with wood by the original boat builders Bluewater Boats. Pericles is a perfect liveaboard for a small family, the layout and design has a lovely open plan living, with dining and galley space and a living room with a big sofa. A double cabin is located toward the front with 2 decent sized wardrobes and book case and vanity space all built in. A single cabin to the rear is also fully fitted out with wardrobe and sideboard. The galley has a 4 burner gas stove with oven, a sink w drainer, and a standard sized fridge. The heating is supplied by the wood fired stove, a towel warmer int he bathroom, and radiators throughout. There is ample storage built in throughout the boat with storage spaces and open shelves, cupboards, media cabinets and external storage on the back deck.

The exterior is in excellent condition with safe and comfortable access from the back deck to the upper deck, built in seating and storage lockers for the gas supply. A large opening roof light fills the main living area with light.

The residential mooring is situated inside an enclosed gate with fob access and is a welcoming and splendid place to live. It is accessible also form the clipper stop on the River Thames and the local town centre is a short walk away with local shops, restaurants and shopping center. Southwark park and Russia Dock Woodlands are a short walk away.
